Last time in the year 1986 the donors consortium decided they have direct fund support to the local NGOs in the all over country. As the donor decision mid time from 1987 direct funding support to the local NGOs which is already going till now. As a result BDSC taking new initiatives form field preparation in the country with the assistance of local NGOs who was most favorable to BDSC.
